Hotel was clean and intimate with highly courteous staff and incredible location in the Ipanema area. Outstanding food in the restaurant for enjoyable and marvellous breakfast with "no problem" made to order selections as well. Great choice for trip.

The hotel staff was friendly and overly helpful, always rushing to open doors and we always returned to a clean room, well made room.
There was an extra service charge at the end around R143 that the hotel did not tell us about until we were checking out. They also gave us a bad recommendation for dinner one night. Breakfast was somewhat lacking.

Exceptional location, half block from de best spot in Ipanema Beach, 4 blocks from Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, walking distance to Leblon.... You can go walkig to the Arpoador to see the Sunset.... The hotel is clean and calm, no big surprises....

The location of the hotel is great and incredible. I found the hotel to be reliable and overall enjoyed my stay. - the service at the hotel was amazing. - the standard room had a very good mattress and AC, and the bathrooms were nice. - I didn't feel like leaving and would love to come back again in the future.

Very central location short walk to more colourful areas like Santa Teresa and Copacabana as well as Leblon, it was in a beach area. The room was new-fashioned and there were climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television. And it had pleasant views and exceptionally comfortable bed.

The hotel has all the required basics and is a good deal for a stay near active nightlife and the popular beaches. The rooms were simple but comfortable with twin beds and air conditioning. The breakfast service has good variety, and the hotel staff took very good care of us,

Breakfast buffet too basic surprise service charge (optional) of 10% of the bill to be paid in cash only (booking only mentioned 5%) room right above kitchen chimney so would have smell of fried food in my room.
